for and in consideration of Six Hundred, Four and l 0 Dollars ($604.80)
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to The City of Tukwila, Washington
`D the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of
co Washington:
That portion of Lot 20 in Block 7 of Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts,
as per plat recorded in Volume 11 of plats, page 24, Records of King
County, Washington lying South of the.following described line: Begin-
ning at a point on the East line of said Lot 20, which is North 01 0 07'10"
East 19.95 feet from the Southeast corner thereof; thence Westerly and
Southerly on the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 15:0
feet an arc distance of 23.51 feet; thence North 89 °04 West parallel
to and 5.0 feet North of the South line of said Lot 20, 177.05 feet
more or less to the West line of said Lot 20 containing some 1008 square
feet.
It is understood and agreed that the delivery of this deed is hereby
tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become
binding upon the City of Tukwila, unless and until accepted and approved
hereon in writing for the City of Tukwila, by the Mayor.
