for and in consideration of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS AND 100 ($220.80)
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to The City of Tukwila, Washington
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of
Washington:
That portion of the East 64 feet of Lot 15 in Block 6 of Hillman's
Seattle Garden Tracts, as per plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats,
page 24, Records of King County, Washington lying North of the following
described line: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 15,
which is South 01 °06 West 15.05 feet from the Northeast corner there-
of; thence Westerly and Northerly on the arc of a curve to the left having
a radius of 15.0 feet an arc distance of 23.61 feet; thence North 89 0 04 1 25"
West parallel to and 5.0 feet South of the North line of said Lot 15,
48.95 feet to the West line of the East 64 feet of said Lot 15 con-
taining some 368 square feet.
It is understood and agreed that the delivery of this deed is hereby
tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding
upon the City of Tukwila, unless and until accepted and approved hereon in
writing for the City of Tukwila, by the Mayor.
