PARTIAL FULFILLMENT DEED
The Grantors, REX ALLISON and GFNEVIEVE ALLISON, his wife, as to

of TEN DOLLARS, and other consideration of value, in hand paid, convey

THIS DEED IS GIVEN IN PARTIAL FULFILLMFNf of that certain real d
estate contract between the parties hereto, dared May 2, 1966, and
conditioned for the conveyance of the above described property, and
the covenants of warranty herein contained shall not apply to any title,
t interest or encumbrance arising by, through or under the purchaser in
said contract, and shall not apply to any taxes, assessments or other
