STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
V THE GRANTOR, SAMMAMISH COMMERCIAL CO., INC., a Washington
corporation, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars, and other
c onsideration of value in hand aid conveys c p aid s and warrants to Y
THE CITY OF TUKWILA, the following described real estate, situ-
ated in the County of King, State of Washington:
A strip of land 6 feet in width described as:
The southerly 6 feet of that portion of Government Lot
1 in Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M.,
lying northerly of the following described line: Beginning
at a point on the west line of said Government Lot 1, 30.00
feet north of the southwest corner thereof; thence south
89 east along the north margin of South 180th Street,
366.41 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the left
having a radius of 276 feet, the radial point of which
bears north 11 west, through a central angle of
34 an arc distance of 165.46 feet, thence along the
arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 324 feet
through a central angle of 24 an arc distance of
138.64 feet; thence along the are of a curve to the right
having a radius of 554 feet, through a central angle of
22 an arc distance of 220.38 feet; thence along the
arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 441 feet
through a central angle of 43 an arc distance of
331.64 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the left
havins a radius of 276.30 feet, through a central angle
of 32 21 an arc distance of 156.06 feet; thence south
89 east 51.92 feet to a point on the east line of
said Government Lot 1, 30.00 feet northerly of the south-
east corner thereof and the terminal point of this
description LESS that portion of said 6 -foot strip in
roads.
The grantor herein reserves an easement for the construction,
maintenance and operation of a railroad lead track over that por-
tion of the above described main tract lying within a strip of
land described as follows:
That portion of Government Lot 1, Section 35, Township 23
North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington,
lying within a strip of land 54 feet in width having 27
feet of said width on each side of the following described
centerline:

Beginning at the northeast corner of said Section
35; thence north 87 west along the north line of
said Section 35 a distance of 166.47 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence south 01 west a dis-
tance of 1,124.63 feet; thence along a curve to the left
having a radius of 359.27 feet, an arc distance of 109.38
feet through a central angle of 17 to the northerly
line of the newly established right -of -way for South 180th
Street under L.I.D. No. 13, City of Tukwila Ordinance No.
503; thence continuing along said curve to the left having
a radius of 359.27 feet, an arc distance of 13.68 feet
through a central angle of 02 thence south
17 east a distance of 32.96 feet; thence along a
curve to the left having a radius of 359.27 feet, an arc
distance of 65 feet more or less to the south line of said
newly established right -of -way for South 180th Street and
the terminus of this centerline

notary public, personally appeared Harold R. Iverson and Irvin A.
Iverson, to me known to be the president and secretary, respectively,
of Sammamish Commercial Co., Inc., the corporation that executed
the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument to
be the free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that
they were authorized to execute the said instrument and that the
seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
