Statutory Warranty Deed
THE GRANTOR STANLEY N. KASPERSON, Trustee,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars .($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to The City of Tukwila
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of
Washington:

That portion of Government Lot 1 in Section 35, Township
23 North, Range 4 East W.M., lying South of South 180th Street x
and Northerly of the following described line: Beginning at a
point on the East line of said Government Lot 1, South 1 1 19 1 01"
West 135.5.63. -ft. from the North -east corner-thereof; thence
the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 336.30 feet,
the radial point of which bears North 2 °47 East through a
central angle of 9 °57 an arc distance of 58.45 ft. to a point
on the Southerly margin of South 180th, Street.
