THE GRANTORS, HERMAN SCHOENBACHLER and RUTH SCHOENBACHLER, his
wife,
for and inconsideration o f Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to The City of Tukwila
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kinq State of
'Nashifigton:
Commencing at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
35, Twp. 23 North, Range 5 East W.M.; thence South 1 West along
the East line of said subdivision to the Southerly margin of South 180th
St, and the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 1'04

subdivision; thence North 88 West 35.71 feet to a point of curva
ture; thence along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of
