for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to THE CITY OF TUKWILA
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of
Washington:

Portion of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 2 Townsh2p' 2,3 No
Range 4 East, W.M., lying West of South Center Parkway (57th Av
S.) described as follows:
Beginning on West line of subdivision 510 feet North of SW
corner; thence North along West line 255 feet; thence East parallel
with South line to West line of South Center Parkway (57th Ave. S.);
thence South along said West line 255 feet, more or less, to inter-
section with line running East from beginning parallel with South
line of subdivision; thence West along said parallel line to beg
