Beginning at the NE corner of the East 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of the NW l action 35 1 Township 23• North, Range
4 East, W.M., thence Westerly along the North line 329.61 feet,
more or less, to the NW corner thereof, thence South along the
West line 262.02 feet, thence Northeasterly 562.33 feet to the
Westerly margin of South Center Parkway (57th Avenue S.), thence
Northwesterly along said margin 194.88 feet to the North line of Section
35, thence West along said North line 183..68 to the point of
beginning.
