THE GRANTOR STANLEY N. KASPERSON, TRUSTEE,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars, and other good and valuable consideration,
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to THE CITY OF TUKWILA
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of
Washington:
The easterly 6 feet, as measured at right angles to South
Center Parkway, of the following described tract.
That portion of the south 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the
northwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 4
East, W.M., lying west of the South Center Parkway (57th
Avenue South) and north and east of the Musiel Road (S.
178th Street) except the north 25.25 feet thereof.
