Statutory Warranty Deed
THE GRANTOR GEORGE V. FORSYTH EISIE M. FORSYTH
for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to THE CITY OF TUKWILA
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of
Washington:
The Easterly 6 feet, as measured at right angles to

Township 23 North, Range'4 East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of subdivision thence North along
West line 260 feet to true point of beginning; thence continuing
North 0*50 East 500 feet; thence South 87*45 East to
intersection with Westerly margin of 57th Ave. S.; thence South—
easterly along Westerly margin of 57th Ave. S. to a point which
bears South 87 0 45 1 57" East from the true point of beginning;
thence North 87*45 West 778.38 feet to true point of beginning.
