Statutory Warranty Deed
THE GRANTOR GEORGE V. FORSYTH ELSIE M. FORSYTH
for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to THE CITY OF TUKWILA
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of
Washington:
The Easterly 6 feet, as measured at right angles to South Center
,farkway, of the following described tract.
That portion of the South 1/2 of the SE.1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. Beginning at
the intersection of the Westerly margin of South Center Parkway
(57th Avenue South) with the South line of said Section 26; thence
Northwesterly along said margin 42.99 feet; thence Westerly parallel
with the South line of said Section 26 a distance of 300 feet;
thence Northwesterly parallel with said margin a distance of 225
feet; thence Westerly parallel with said South line 480 feet to
the West line of said subdivision; thence Southerly along said
West line 260 feet to the SW corner of said subdivision; thence
Easterly along the South line of said Section 26 to the point of
beginning.
