STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
The Grantor, PUGET WESTERN, INC., a Washington corporation,
for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration., in hand paid, conveys and warrants to the
CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington,
Grantee, the following described real estate, situated in the City

of Tukwila, County of King, State of Washington:

That portion of the east half of the
southeast quarter and the east half of the
northeast quarter of Section 26, Township
23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King
County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of 'said
Section 26; thence N 87 44 1 09" W 1312.49
feet to the west line of the east half of
the southeast quarter of said Section 26;
thence N 01 47'28" E along said west line
.633.76 feet to the boundary of a tract of
land described under Auditor's File No.
5917083 and the true point of beginning;
thence continuing N O1 0 47'28" E 2010.93.
feet to the northwest corner of the east
half of the southeast quarter of said
Section 26, which bears N 88 0 05'42" W
1339.34 feet from the east quarter corner
of said Section 26 thence N O1 0 05 1 05" E
along the west line.of the east half of the
northeast quarter of said Section 26
333.20 feet; thence S 88 0 05. 1 42" E 9.58 feet;
thence N 48 03'35" E 27.93 feet; thence
S O1 0 05'05" W along a line distant 30 feet
east, measured at right angles, and parallel
with the west line of the east half of the
northeast quarter of said Section 26, a
distance of 352.55 feet to the south line of
said northeast quarter; thence S O1 47'28" W
2010.87 feet to a point which bears S 88 0 12 1 32" E
from the true point of beginning; thence
N 88 0 12 1 32" W 30 feet to the true point of
beginning.
Together with an easement for drainage and utilities
consisting of a strip of land 15 feet in width along
the east side, adjacent to and parallel; to the above
described tract.

executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said in-
strument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said corpora-
tion, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath
stated that thev afe authorized to execute the said in-
strument and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said
corporation.
