consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, does
hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm to the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation
"Grantee the real property more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto subject to
those matters set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto.
Grantor by these presents expressly limits the covenants of this Deed to those herein
expressed and excludes all covenants arising or to arise by statutory or other implication. and does
hereby covenant that against all persoiis whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by, through or
under said Grantor and not otherwise, Grantor will forever warrant and defend the said described
real property.
