A 20 -foot wide strip of land lying to the left of and adjacent to the following describr'd

Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 25, Block 9 of Hillman's Seattle Garden
Tracts, Volume 11 of Plats, pace 24, in King County, Washinoton; thence alono the
northeasterlyy marain of Maule Avenue per said Hillman's Plat South 43'41'20" East.
