KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the STATE OF
WASHINGTON, Grantor, pursuant to GC AGREEMENT 8601, dated
C December 30, 1994, hereby conveys and quitclaims unto the
CD CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation, Grantee, all right,
title, and interest under the jurisdiction of the Department of
Transportation, in and to the following described real property
situated in King County, State of Washington:
That part of the hereinafter- described Tract "X" lying
Southeasterly of a line drawn parallel with and 30 feet
Southeasterly, when measured at right angles, from the
SCB Line Survey of SR405, Green River Interchange:

The Southwesterly 100 feet in width of the following
described parcel of land located within Sections 23 and
24, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King
County, Washington:
Vacated Blocks 4 through 9 and Blocks 12 through 17,
inclusive, of Gundaker's Interurban Addition to the
City of Seattle, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Volume 14 of Plats, page 46, in King County,
Washington, and the vacated streets adjoining which
attach thereto by operation of law; ALL of which was
vacated by Order filed by the City of Tukwila and the
King County Commissioners and recorded under King
00 County Recording numbers 1310397 and 1317847; EXCEPT
that portion thereof conveyed to the City of Tukwila by
Deeds recorded under King County Recording numbers
CD 7410290105 and 7708040599, for Southcenter Boulevard.

00 The grantee herein, their heirs, successors or assigns,
C) shall have no right of ingress and egress to, from and
CN between SR405 and the lands herein described, nor shall
CD the grantee herein, their heirs, successors or assigns,
CN be entitled to compensation for any loss of light, view
and air occasioned by the location, construction,
maintenance or operation of said highway.
EXCEPT reasonable access is permitted to Southcenter
Boulevard Northeasterly of Highway Engineer's Station
SCE 1 +30 on the SCB Line Survey of said SR 405, Green
River Interchange.

Subject to all existing encumbrances, including easements,
restrictions and reservations, if any.
The specific details concerning all of which may be found on
sheet 2 of that certain plan entitled SR 405, Green River
Interchange, now of record and on file in the office of the
Secretary of Transportation at Olympia, Washington, bearing date
of approval December 18, 1992.
The grantee as part consideration herein does hereby agree
to comply with all civil rights and anti discrimination
requirements of Chapter 49.60 RCW as to the lands herein
described.
The lands herein described are not required for State
highway purposes and are conveyed pursuant to the provisions of
00 RCW 47.12.080.
