consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and confirms to Fellowship Bible Church of Riverton
Heights, a Washington public benefit corporation, GRANTEE, that certain real property
situated in the County of King, State of Washington, legally described on Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
Grantor shall warrant and forever defend the right and title to the above described
property unto Grantee against the lawful claims of all persons owning, holding or claiming by,
through or under Grantor, but not otherwise.

Thence South 01° 01' 12" West, along the west line of said Tract 100, a distance
Of 423 feet;
Thence North 88° 35' 11" West 266 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
