GRANTOR, Fellowship Bible Church of Riverton Heights, a Washington public
benefit corporation, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and confirms to City
of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, GRANTEE, that certain real
property situated in the County of King, State of Washington, legally described on Exhibit A
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Grantor shall warrant and forever defend the right and title to the above described
property unto Grantee against the lawful claims of all persons owning, holding or claiming
by, through or under Grantor, but not otherwise.

Legal Description
That portion of the south half of the southwest quarter of Section 22, Township 23
North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Tract 100 of Sunnyside Gardens,
Division No. 1 as per the plat recorded in Volume 25 of Plats on page 50, records
of King County;
Thence South 01 01' 12" West, along the west line of said Tract 100, a distance
of 423 feet;
Thence North 88° 35' 11" West 427.05 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing North 88° 35' 11" West 22.40 feet to the northeasterly line of
Old Military Road, said line being 30 feet northeasterly of the centerline of said
road when measured at right angles to said centerline;
Thence South 37° 57' 54" East, along said northeasterly line, 12.91 feet to a point
from which the True Point of Beginning bears North 56° 19' 23" East;
Thence North 56 19'23" East 17.36 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Situate in King County, Washington.
