STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
S -H- Benoliel- Romney 46179 Limited Partnership,
The Grantor, a California limited partnership as a donation
for public right -of- -way and for no other consideration,
hereby conveys and warrants to the City of Tukwila, a
Washington municipal corporation, real property situated in
King County, Washington, legally described on Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as
if fully set forth.
