being in the S.E. 1/4 and the N.E. 1/4 of Section 35 and the S.W. 1/4 and the N.W. 1/4 of
Section 36 in T.23N., R.4E., W.M. and being more particularly described as follows:
Parcel I
A strip of land 10.00 feet wide lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following described
centerline:

northeasterly line of said Lot 15, said point being S44 11 E 85.44 feet and
537 11 E 65.47 feet from the northwesterly corner of said Lot 15 and the terminus
of this centerline.
Said easement being for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or repair and /or
replacement of underground utility lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the
right -of -way for all purposes necessary and related thereto.

QUIT CLAIM

THE GRANTOR, City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal corporation, for and in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other consideration, conveys and quit
claims to Corporate Property Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust all
of its riaht, title and interest in the real estate situated in the Count' of
King, State of Washington described in Exhibit "A attached hereto and
incorporated herein,. for the purpose of releasing Grantor's interest in that
certain easement recorded under A.F. #8511121060, Records of King County,
Washington (the "Easement and further agrees that the said Easement is
hereby terminated.

by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed
