State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:

FURTHER, the Grantor as ivtortgagee under that certain mrtgage dated
March 15, 1967 wherein Boncom Corporation is Mortgagor recorded under
King County, Washington AFN 6158144 hereby agrees that Boncom Corporation
may convey the same real estate to the City of Tukwila notwithstanding
the provisions of said rrortgage and particularly Section 4.01(f) thereof.
