This description is for two ten -f-oot utility easements which lie
on each side of a big -foot strip of land, previously known as a
reserve street but never e„istina, as shown on pages, in Volume
97 of Southcenter Industrial Park:, as recorded in Plats, Records
of King County, Washington; said 60 -foot strip of land being
described as follows;
Beginning at the southeast corner of Section 75, T23N, R4E,
W.M.; thence north 11-23'50" east along the centerline of
Secondary State Highway No. 2M (Also known as West Valley
CD Highway) a distance of 1115.77 feet; thence north 5849' 10" west
330.24 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;thence north 11- 23'50"
west, 34.76 feet from the northwest corner of Lot in said
Southcenter Industrial Park: as recorded in Volume 97 of Flats an
q) Page 2-25, records of King County; thence southerly along a
curve which bears to the right through a central angle of 65° an
arc distance of 124.8 feet; thence south 11-21'50" east, 267 feet
more or less to the north line of a certain tract of land
described under King County Auditor File No. 2462007; thence
south 68 °49'10" east 60.97 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
EXCEPT that portion of a 10 foot easement for utility purposes
along the southeasterly margin of said curve of radius 110 feet
which is in Lot 3 of said Southcenter Industrial Park: plat. See
attached drawing. All other easements on existing streets and
utilities will remain.
