IN THE MATTER OF State Highway Route Igo. 181 (Turnbacks).
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the STATE OF WASHINGTON, for and
in accordance with Chapter 192, Laws of 1979, First Extraordinary Session,
hereby conveys and quitclaims unto the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corpo-
ration of the State of Washington, all its right, title and interest, in

N and to the following described real property situated in King County, State

0 of Washington:

`V Those portions of Government Lot 10, Section 24, Township 23
CD North, Range 4 East, W.M., and of the W. H. Gilliam D.L.C. No.
co 40, the Joseph Foster D.L.C. No. 39, the Stephen Foster D.L.C.
No. 38 and the C. C. Lewis D.L.C.,No. 37, all in said Township
and Range, lying within the former right of way of State Highway
Route No. 181, as said right of way existed June 7, 1979, date of
final passage of Substitute House Bill No. 1031, as amended, and
of those slope and drainage easements appurtenant to said right
of way, all as shown hatched on Exhibit "A being sheet 2 of
that certain plan entitled "SR 405, Green River Interchange,"
sheets 6, 7 and 8 of that certain plan entitled "SR 181, So.
Corp. Limits of Tukwila to Foster Interchange," sheets 9 and 10
of that certain plan entitled "SR 5, South 178th St. to South
126th St.," and sheets 2 and 3 of that certain plan entitled "SR
599, Foster Interchange to South 118th St.," all being attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
The grantee herein, its successors or assigns, is subject to
and /or will maintain the control of ingress and egress to, from
and between the lands herein conveyed and the lands adjacent
thereto, as indicated by the prohibition of access symbol
appearing on said Exhibit "A
The grantee herein, its successors and assigns, agrees as a
condition of this conveyance that the above described property is
to be used for public road purposes and for purposes related
thereto and, should any portion of those parts of said property
that were acquired by the State of Washington for a consideration
derived from the state motor vehicle fund be no longer used for
public road purposes or such related purposes, all rights in and
to such a portion as herein conveyed shall become null and void
and title to said portion shall immediately revert to and revest
in the grantor herein.
Title to any easement premises herein conveyed is subject to the
terms and conditions contained in that instrument granting such
easement premises to the State of Washington.
The lands herein described are not required for State highway purposes
and are conveyed pursuant to the provisions of RCW 47.24.010.
