KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the STATE OF WASHINGTON, for
and in consideration of the agreement of the parties entitled GM 1005,
dated the 6th day of July, 1979, hereby conveys and quitclaims unto
N THE CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington

O_ all its right, title and interest, in and to the following described

N real property situated in King County, State of Washington:
Those portions of the west half of the southwest quarter and the

north half of the northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 23
North, Range 4 East, W.M., those portions of the southwest quarter
of the southwest quarter, the north half of the southwest quarter,
the west half of the southeast quarter and the southwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of Section 23, said Township and Range,
and that portion of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter
of Section 22, said Township and Range, lying within the SR -Line
right of way and cul -de -sac of State Highway Route No. 5, within
the Southcenter Parkway (57th Ave. So.) connection to said High-
way, within the W -Line right of way of said Highway and the V-
Line /51st Ave. So. right of way connection thereto, within the
So. 158th St. cul -de -sac, within the Y -Line right of way of said
Highway and within the Mac. Road (Macadam Road) relocation right
of way and the 62nd Ave. So. connection thereto, all as shown
hatched on Exhibit "A being sheets 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of that
certain plan entitled "SR 5, South 178th St. to South 126th St.,"
attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
The grantee herein, its successors or assigns, is subject to
and /or will maintain the control of ingress and egress to, from p
and between the lands herein conveyed and the lands adjacent

thereto, as indicated by the prohibition of access symbol appear- o
ing on said Exhibit "A

The grantee herein, its successors and assigns, agrees as a F- c
condition of this conveyance that the above described property is 0 Ci
to be used for public road purposes and for purposes related X

thereto and, should any portion of those parts of said property
that were acquired by the State of Washington for a consideration
derived from the state motor vehicle fund be no longer used for c!3
public road purposes or such related purposes, all rights in and U
to such a portion as herein conveyed shall become null and void
and title to said portion shall immediately revert to and revest
in the grantor herein.
The lands herein described are not required for State highway
purposes and are conveyed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 78,
Laws of 1977, First Extraordinary Session.
