The Grantor, Dayton- Hudson Corporation, a Minnesota
corporation, as a donation for public right -of -way and for
no other consideration, hereby conveys and warrants to the
City of Tukwila, a Washington municipal corporation, real
property situated in King County, Washington, legally
described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference as if fully set forth.
