DESCRIPTION OF OCCURRENCE:
On June 5, 2011 at 11:59 AM, Tukwila Police responded to the reports of a shooting in front of the Spruce
Motel, 14442 Tukwila Intl Blvd. When officers arrived they located the victim, a 43 year old Seattle man, and
discovered he had been grazed by one of the bullets. The victim luckily only sustained superficial injuries and
was not transported to the hospital. The suspect ran off eastbound on S. 144 St. As of 1:30PM, officers are
still actively looking in the area for the suspect, described as a white male in his 20's wearing an orange shirt
and blue jeans.
There were several witnesses that were in the immediate area that have not yet come forward. Anyone with
information is asked to contact the Tukwila Police Department Major Crimes Unit at 206 -433 -1808.
