Road Improvement Agreement
WHEREAS, at the request of local property owners, the City of
Tukwila has agreed to perform certain street improvements; and

WHEREAS, in order to perform said street improvements it will
be necessary for certain property y pro ert owners to donate portions of
rl their property to the City of Tukwila; and

GD WHEREAS, Joseph Brad McConnell and Roxana McConnell are
willing to donate a portion of their property for said street
improvements, on the condition the City of Tukwila agrees to
certain provisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
1. Agreement to Donate Land. Joseph Brad McConnell and
Roxana McConnell agree to donate to the City of Tukwila certain
property described in Exhibit A of this document attached hereto
and incorporated by this reference as if set forth in full.
2. Conditions of Donation. In consideration for the dona-
tion of property described in Exhibit A, the City of Tukwila
agrees that any development of said property for road purposes
will be subject to those conditions set forth in Exhibit B of this
document attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as if
set forth in full.
