husband and wife,
CO for and in consideration of donation for road and utility purposes

conveys and quit claims to CITY OF TUKWILA
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
Property described in Exhibit A hereto incorporated by this
reference together with the right to make necessary cut or
fill slopes on the grantors' adjoining property. Provided,
that as long as the grantors are owners of record of property
immediately adjacent to the property described in Exhibit A,
they shall have the right.to remove and retain for their ex-
clusive use any trees upon the property described in Exhibit A,
during which time, in the event the removal or trimming of
any such trees is necessary for city road or utility purposes,.
the grantors shall be given the first opportunity to remove
and retain such. If they choose not to, the city shall be
allowed to make provisions regarding the trees as it deems
necessary.
