rights, title and interest, including all easements on or over
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter ac quire:
That portion of the Stephan Foster Donation Land Claim NO. 38 and of the
C.C. Lewis Donation Land Claim No. 37 in Sections 11, 14 and 15,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of 48th Avenue South, as
recorded under Auditor's File No. 6313596, records of King County,
Washington, with the Northeasterly margin of the City of Seattle Trans-
,mission Line Right of Way; thence North 40 0 36 1 00" East 702.10 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence North 49 0 24 1 00" West 25.00 feet;
thence North 40 0 36 1 00" East 1216 feet more or less to the Southwesterly
line of that portion of said C.C. Lewis Donation Land Claim conveyed
to King County by deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 6029599 records
of King County, Washington; thence Southeasterly along said Southwesterly
line 25 feet more or less to a point which bears North 40 0 36 1 00" East
from the True Point of Beginning, thence South 40 0 36 1 00" West to the
True Point of Beginning.
