tract herein described. Thence Southerly along the Westerly lino of
said primary State Highway #t to the Southerly line of said Tract 4;
thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Tract 4 a distance of
150 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel to the Westerly line of
said Tract 4 a distance of 219.25 feet; thence Westerly parallel to the
Southerly line of said Tract 4 a distance of 40 feet; thence Northerly
parallel to the Westerly line of said Tract 4 to the Northerly line thereof;
