Marginal Way South has been found to be complete on December 4, 2006 for the purposes of meeting state mandated time requirements. The project has been tentatively scheduled for a public hearing before the Planning Commission on February 22, 2007. The next step is to contact Fastsigns at (206) 575 -2110. They will need the site address and a payment of $365 to install the notice board within 14 days of the date of this letter. Once the notice board has been installed I will post it with a laminated copy of the Notice of Application and the comment period will start. This determination of complete application does not preclude the ability of the City to require that you submit additional plans or information, if in our estimation such information is necessary to ensure the project meets the substantive requirements of the City or to complete the review process.
