THE GRANTOR TERRACE INVESTORS a Washington Limited Partnership
for and in consideration of $1.00 (one dollar) and other valuable considerations
conveys and quit claims to City of Tukwila
the following described =real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all aftef acquired title of the grantor (s) therein:
A 10 foot width right of way widening of 53rd Avenue S., S. 137th Street, 56th
Avenue S. and S. 139th Street where said streets and avenues adjoin that certain
tract of land recorded under Auditor's File No. 6442262, records of said county;
the end line of the 10 foot widening with respect to 53rd Avenue S. shall be that
property line which bears N. 88 20'54" W., 238.08 feet; the end line of the 10 foot
widening with respect to S. 139th Street shall be the northwesterly extension of that
property line which bears N. 44 36'45" W., 28.86 feet.
