QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTOR CONNECTICUT GENERAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a
-f Connecticut Corporation for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, conveys and Quit
Claims to the City of Tukwila, Washington, for road purposes only, the
-oz�- following described real estate, situated in the County of King,
State of Washington:

NO Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
23, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M.; thence North 89 40' 24f'
West on the Westerly extension of the South line of the Southeast 1/4
of said Section 23, a distance of 217.00 feet;
thence North 0 19' 36" East 830.45 feet to a.point on a 565.79 foot
radius curve concave to the Southeast through which a radipal line bears
South 4 34' 32" East;
thence West along said curve 282.00 feet to a point of compound curve to
the left of 339 .07 foot radius;
thence Southwesterly along said curve 37.76 feet to a point on the South-
easterly margin of said Tukwila Parkway and the true point of beginning;
thence continuing Southwesterly along said curve 312.17 feet; thence South
89 39 00" West 13.04 feet to the Easterly margin of said Tukwila Parkway
and 57th Avenue South;
thence Northerly and N along said margin to the true point of
beginning.
SUBJECT TO: All matters presently of record.

sworn, personally appeared H.N. Nielson and P.H. Finley to me known to

Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, the corporation that executed
the foregoing instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said
corporation for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated
that they are authorized to execute the said instrument and that the seal
affixed (if any) is the corporate seal of said corporation.
