Ln of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid, conveys, releases and quit- claims!

to the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation, for use of the
Public forever as a public road and highway, to become a part of
48th Avenue South, all of the Grantor's interest in the following,
described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of
Washington:
That portion of Stephen Foster Donation Land Claim
No. 38 in the Northeast quarter of Section 15, Town-
ship 23 North,.. Range 1 4 East, W.M., described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
48th Avenue S., granted by the City of Seattle to
the State of Washington as provided by Ordinance
No. 93708 of the City of Seattle and recorded under
Auditor's File No. 6313596, records of said county,
with the northeasterly margin- -of-the City of Seattle
Transmission Line Right of Wa (formerly Puget Sound
Electric Railway Right of WayT; thence N. 49 2+'00"
W., along said northeasterly.margin 22.50 feet;...
thence N. 40 E., parallel to said 48th Avenue.
S., 150.00 feet; thence S. 49 24 00" E., parallel to
said Seattle Transmission Line Right of Way, 30.50
feet; thence S. 40 0 36'00" W., 150.00 feet to said
northeasterly margin of the Seattle Transmission
Line Right of Way; thence N. 49 0 2 1 1 1 00" W., along
said northeasterly margin, 8.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
