QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTORS, REX ALLISON and GENEVIEVE ALLISON, his wife,
5� as to an undivided 72.96% interest, and WELLS B. McCURDY and
JANE McCURDY, his wife, as to an undivided 27.04% interest
hereby donate, convey and, „quit claim to the,CITY OF TUKWILA,
for use as public streets and for utilities, all of their
right, title and interest,in and'to the following described
real property located in the County,of King, StateAof Washington:
That portion of Government Lot 1 in Section 35,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., lying
Northerly of the North margin of South 180th
Street and Southerly of the following described
t line:
Beginning at a point of the West line of said
Government Lot 1, 30.00 feet North of the Southwest
corner thereof; thence South 89 0 06'12” East along
the North margin of South 180th Street, 366.41 feet;
to the true point of 'beginning; thence along the arc
of a curve to the left having a radius of 276 feet,
the radial point of which bears North 11 04'19" West,
through a central angle of 34 0 20 1 53" an arc distance
of 165.46 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to
the right having radius of 324 feet through a cen-
tral angle of 24 an arc distance of 138.64
feet; thence along arc of a curve to the right
having a radius of 554 feet, through a central angle
of 22 47 an arc distance of 220.38 feet; thence
along the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius
of 441 feet through a central angle of 43 0 05 1 15" an arc
distance of 331.64 feet; thence along the arc of a
curve to the left having a radius of 276.30 feet,
through a central angle of 32 an arc distance
of 156.06 feet; thence South 89 0 06 1 12" East 51.92
feet to a point on the East line of said Government
Lot 1 30.00 feet Northerly of the Southeast corner
thereof, and the terminal point of this description:
