Any action to set aside; enjoin, review, or otherwise challenge such action the grounds of non - compliance with the provisions of Chapter 43.21C RCW (State Environmental Policy Act) shall be commenced on or before June 30, 1987 Description of agency action: 1) Determination of non- significance for Renton - Tukwila Boundry Exchange annexation; 2)Determination of non - significance for establishment of zoning. Description of proposal: Annex and establish zoning for 101± acres generally in the Southeast quadrant of Tukwila.
