QUIT CLAIM DEED
REALBON CORPORATION, a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Washington, does hereby quit claim
to the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington, for the use of the public forever and for any and all
public purposes not inconsistent with the use thereof, for a public

street, the following described property located in King County,

Washington, for widening of 57th Avenue South, a public street
of said municipality:
The west six feet of the following described
tract:
That portion of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East,
W.M., lying East of South Center Parkway.

and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that they were
authorized to execute the said instrument and that the seal affixed
is the corporate seal of said corporation.
