LEGAL DESCRIPTION - PROJECT 871
All that portion of Government Lots 5 and 6 in Section 35,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Government Lot 5,
thence South 02 °24'12" West along the West line thereof, 417.09
feet; thence South 17 028'31" West, 134.55 feet; thence North
66 °31'27" West, 203.07 feet; thence South 23 °28'33" West, 60.00
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 23 028'33"
West, 221.87 feet; thence South 01 °31'27" East, 339.02 feet to
the Northerly line of a Flood Control Easement and Right -of-
Way as defined in King County Resolution No. 31833, as recorded
under Auditor's File Nos. 6014672 and 6027015; thence Easterly
along said Northerly line on a curve to the right, the center
of which bears South 08 030'08" East, having a radius of 420.00
