Quit Claim Deed
THE GRANTORS, S. W. BARLOW and NINA H. BARLOW his wife,
for and in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
convey and quit claim to the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation,

the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
"The Westerly 10 feet of the South 1/2 of
Lot 6 in Block 11 of Hillman's Seattle Gar-
den Tracts, as per plat recorded in Volume 11
of Plats, page 24, records of King County.
Situate in the City of Tukwila, County of
King, State of Washington."

11 IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED and agreed by and between the
12 City of Tukwila, Petitioner in the above entitled cause, acting
13 by and through Donald C. Cole, City Attorney, and Respondent
14 Security Savings.and Loan Association, appearing by William F.
15 Hennessey, its attorney; and S. W. Barlow and Nina H. Barlow, his
16 wife, as follows:
17 WHEREAS,'an order adjudicating public use was entered
18 by the above entitled Court in the above entitled matter on the
19 14th day of December, 1967; and
20 WHEREAS, the parties in interest hereto, subsequent to
2.1. the entry of said order, have agreed upon a settlement of the
22 differences herein for the sum of two thousand two hundred dollars
23 ($2,200.00), including statutory costs, which amount shall be full
24 and complete compensation for the land taken or damaged herein,
25 as more particularly described in the Petition; now, therefore,
26 IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED and agreed between the parties
27 hereto that the Petitioner may forthwith cause to be entered here
28 in a Judgment and Decree of Condemnation, appropriating fee title
29 to the City of Tukwila to the property as set forth in the Petition;.
30 and that said Judgment and Decree of Condemnation shall contain a
31 Judgment that the City of Tukwila shall pay into the Registry of
32 the Court said sum of $2,200.00, including statutory costs for

1 the benefit of all Respondents herein as their interests may

2 1 appear, which amount shall be full and complete compensation for

6 perty and the property rights so appropriated.

11 j THIS CAUSE of action coming on duly and regularly this
�2 j day before the above entitled Court upon a written Stipulation
13 for Judgment and Decree of Condemnation, the Petitioner, the City
14 of Tukwila, appearing by Donald C. Cole, City Attorney; the Re-
15 spondent, Security Savings and Loan Association, appearing by
16 William F. Hennessey, its attorney; and S. W. Barlow and Nina H.
17 Barlow, his wife, appearing by Jerry T. Haggarty, their attorney;
18 and the Court being satisfied by proof that all parties interested,
19i' in the land, real estate, premises and other property described
20 in the Petition herein and it is hereinafter specially set forth,
21' have been duly and legally served with notice of this proceedings
22 as required by law; and after considering the written Stipulation
23 filed herein concerning the lands, real estate, premises and
24 other property sought to be taken or'damaged and used by the City
25 of Tukwila, said Petitioner, for the purpose of widening an exist
26 ing.public road, and having found therefrom that the damages, in-
27 cluding the value of the land taken, resulting to all persons and
28', parties interested therein by reason of such taking or damaging
29 of the lands, real estate, premises and other property hereinafter
30 described and including Respondent's statutory costs, are, in ac-
31 cordance with the findings of this Court, in the sum of $2,200.00
32 as a proper amount and award to be paid by the Petitioner herein;

1I now, thereupon,
2 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that compen-
3 sation be made in money in the sum of $2,200.00 including all
4 statutory costs to all owners, tenants, encumbrancers, and all
5I other persons interested therein, for the appropriation and use
6i said Petitioner of the following described lands, real estate,
7;' premises and other property in the City of Tukwila, King County,
8i Washington, to wit:

perty sought to be appropriated herein, and shall be entitled to
