Director FROM: Mark Caughey, Assistant Planner DATE: 25 September 1979 SUBJECT: SEPA Review of the Unifir Project The applicants have filed building permit drawings for this project, having received City Council approval of a Final Waiver of the require- ments of Ordinance #1109. Comments have been asked of, and received from, other reviewing depart- ments of the City. Public Works notes that the project will contribute to peak storm run -off conditions in the area. Conditions imposed on the Final Waiver require the applicant to file written agreement to partici- pate in L.I.D. improvements on 52nd Avenue, including storm drainage facilities. I believe that all pertinent environmental concerns affecting this pro- ject have been resolved already, and that a Declaration of Non- Signifi- cance can be issued allowing us to release the building permits. For the record, though, you may wish to condition the Declaration of Non - Significance as follows: "Public storm drainage facilities to serve run -off from (3) the subject site shall be improved as needed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works."
