QUIT CLAIM DEED,
BON SERVICE.NTER CORPORATION, a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of.Washington, does hereby
quit claim to the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of the
State of Washington, for the use of the public forever and for
any and all public purposes not inconsistent with the use thereof,
for a public street, the following described property located
in King County, Washington, for widening of 57th Avenue South,
a public street of said municipality:
The west 6 feet of the following described tract:
That portion of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East,
W.M., described as follows: Beginning at the
N.E. corner of the SE 1/4 Section'26; thence
North 88 0 05 1 42 11 West along North line; of said
SE 1/4 2678.68 feet to center of Section 26
and true point of beginning; thence South
01 12 1 25 11 West along East line of NE 1/4 of
SW 1/4 657.29 feet; thence North 88 0 00'36"
West 631.93 feet to Easterly margin of South
Center Parkway (57th Avenue South); thence
North along said Easterly road margin to
North line of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4; thence South
88 East along said North line 632.65
feet to true point of beginning.
