QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE,GRANTORS, REX'ALLISON and GENEVIEVE ALLISON, his wife,
as to an undivided 72.967o interest,_ and WELLS B. McCURDY and
JANE Mc CURDY, his wife, as to an undivided 27.047o interest
E hereby donate, convey and quit claim to the CITY OF TUKWILA,
for use as public streets and for utilities, all of their right,
title and interest in and to the following described real
property located in the County of King, State of Washington:
That portion of Government Lot 1, Section 35, Township
23 North, Range 4 East, W,M,, and the SE 1 /4'of the SE 1/4
of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M.�,all
in the City of Tukwila, King County, Washington, lying
within a strip of land 60 feet in width having 30 feet of
said width on each side of the following described center-
line: Beginning at the southwest corner of said SE 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 26; thence N O1 47 1 29" E along the
west line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 a distance of 633.76
feet; thence S 88'12'31".E a distance of 883.00 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence along a curve to the left
the center of which bears S 67 0 10 1 09" E having a radius of
300.00 feet through a central angle of 21 0 02 1 22 11 an arc
distance of 110.16 feet; thence S O1 0 47 1 29" E a distance
of 533.18 feet to the north line of said Government Lot 1;
thence S O1 51 1 39" W a distance of approximately 1,140
feet to the north line of the existing South 180th Street;
