QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTOR, SAMMAMISH COMMERCIAL CO., INC., a Washington
corporation, for and in consideration of.Ten Dollars, and other
good. and valuable consideration, conveys and quit claims to

AT THE CITY OF TUKWILA, for use as public streets and for utilities,

King, State of Washington, together with all after acquired title
of the grantor therein:

That portion of Government Lot 1, Section 35, Township
23 North, Range, 4 ,East, W.M.', and the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 26, ,,Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W,M.i, all
7 in the City of Tukwila, King County, Washington, lying
within a strip of land 60 feet in width having 30 feet of

line: Beginning at the southwest corner of said SE 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 26; thence N O1 47 1 29" E along the
west fine of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 a distance of 633.76

true point of beginning; thence along a curve, to the left
the center of which bears S 67 0 10 1 09" E having a radius of
300.00 feet through a central angle of 21 02 1 22" an arc
distance of 110.16 feet; thence S O1 0 47 1 29" E a distance
of 533.18 feet to the north line of said Government Lot 1;
thence S O1 0 51 1 39" W a distance of approximately 1,140
feet to the north line of the existing South 180th Street;

West 30 feet of the south 633.76 feet (as measured along
the west line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 26,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., and the west 30 feet
of Government Lot 1 lying north of the north line of South
180th Street in Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 4 East,
W. M. all situate in the City of Tukwila, County of King,

Harold R. Iverson and Irvin A. Iverson, to me known to be

Commercial Co., Inc., the corporation that executed the
foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument
to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation,
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath
stated that they were authorized to execute the said instrument
and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said.
