Widening of existing curb to curb width from 22 to 36 feet for 2,500 ft. in order to add an auxiliary lane for localized purposes; 2. Construction of a public traffic control signal; 3. Street liminaires will be installed and the new traffic signal will add new light at the intersection of Macadam and Southcenter Boulevard. b. Normal 30foot pole height will also help reduce glare as will selective sighting of each luminaire for maximum benefit and minimum impact. 12. Recreation a.
