PARCEL 1:
That portion of Government Lot 1, Section 35, Township
23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., and the SE 1/4 of the SE 114
of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, V.M., all
in the City of Tukwila, King County, Washington, lying
within a strip of land 60 feet in width having 30 feet of
said width on each side of the following described center-
line: Beginning at the southwest corner of said SE 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 26; thence N 01 47'29" E along the
west line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 a distance of 633.76
feet; thence S 88 12 1 31" E a distance of 883,00 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence along a curve to the left
the center of winch bears S 67 09" E having a radius of
