Sorry for the fact that we didn't complete the first time but hope the correction will be exceptable, and will not delay our process. Thanks again for all the help you have offered us. Additional Information for Part II Enviromental Checklist form, for items marked maybe of yes, 1 (b) We propose to add about 10" of class A fill to the site which will make it a level buildable site. 3 (b) Existing site hase been a residential let in the past and therefore when we add the warehouse and the asphalt parking are will be increasing the run off, however we will restrict it with our parking lot drainage system. (d) Amount of additional surface water discharged into any body of water will be kept to arrinimum amount. (f) a change in the grading on the lot will restrict the flow of surface water to a easterly direction now it flows in all directions. 4.(c) We will be adding plants to our landscaping area that dot exist in the areas at this time. 13. (a) We will generate very little new traffic because our tenant for thsi building is now lacated just to he north and he will be relocating existing emplyees. (b) There will be need for new parking which we have provided on the east side of our new building we feel this area is more than adequate and the lot lighting here will not bother any of the residence in the area. 70 '4 91 APP 251984 j, ci Y ur PLANNING DEPT.
