EXHIBIT A
All that certain real property situate in the City of Tukwila,
County of King, State of Washington, being a portion of Tract 2
as shown on the Plat of Andover Industrial Park No. 4 recorded in
Volume 79 of Plats on page 39, records of King County, Washington,
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of said Tract 2, distant
thereon S 88 °15 E 79.62 feet from the northwesterly corner thereof;
4E thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along said northerly line S 88 1 15 1 33"
E 5.36 feet; thence S 88 °01'35" E 199.35 feet; thence leaving said
