Mr. Rick Beeler
City of Tukwila
6200 Southcenter Boulevard
Tukwila, WA 98188
Dear Mr. Beeler:
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the determination
of nonsignificance for the construction of a parking lot ex-
pansion by Costco, Inc. We reviewed the environmental check-
list and have the following comments.
1. As noted in the checklist, a shoreline permit will be re-
quired for this project. The proposed project must comply .
with the goals and standards of the local shoreline master
program and the Shoreline Management Act.
2. Although project plans were attached to the checklist,
better plans need to be submitted with the shoreline permit.
If you have any questions, please call Ms. Linda Rankin of
the Shorelands Program at (206) 459- 6763..
