Re: Environmental Review EPIC - 230 -84
Dear Steve:
After talking with you on November 9, 1984, I discussed the timeliness of
the existing environmental review. We felt that if the previously required
information could be submitted on or before November 30, 1984, you could use
the existing checklist. After that date the new enclosed checklist and
$100 filing fee is required with the same information.
You may recall our last meeting of May 18, 1984, when we reviewed the need
for the additional information to supplement the filed environmental check-
list. Since then several verbal reminders were given to keep the environ-
mental review process going. Until our conversation of November 9, 1984,
my reminder letter of September 13, 1984 has gone unanswered. Therefore,
the timeliness of the filed checklist is very suspect relative to due
process via the City's environmental ordinance, Ordinance No. 1331. This
uncertainty is not in the best interest of your proposal.
If you have any more questions don't hesitate to call me at 433 -1847.

RE: Environmental Review - EPIC - 230 -84
Dear Mr. Abercrombie:
Last May we discussed completion of the information required in the
environmental checklist for your new bank. Not having heard from you or
Mr. Crostick on this matter since about then, this letter is a request for
an estimate of the timing of submission of the completed checklist.
Please call me at 433 -1847.
