Jay Winslow of Silo indicated'that traffic flow at their new retail store would be approximately ten (10) vehicles per hour... • Del Dudacek of Jafco indicated that Jafco's retail traffic flow has reduced between ten and fifteen vehicles per hour,- thus their decision to reduce stock on hand, and the reduction in their leased warehouse space. Since the Jafco estimated traffic flow is reduced at least by as much as Silo's will be increased, there should be no increase in the traffic generated by Silo.
