The lack of full information on this project makes evaluation and comment

difficult at best. My understanding is the the requesting party intends moving
into an'.existing facility and utilizing the.space for receiving, breaking down
and trans- shipping.importeditems. While 'any change in warehouse-asset and its
illicit'marketability value increases.criminal'interest and therefore impacts
.on police patrol patterns the insufficiency of information relative to the
product to be.warehoused preclude any reliable judgement on the impact.
Six :_tatEight trucks loading and "unloading daily will have a minimum effect but
-'of concern is the number of employees and possibly - potential customers who
,may access the property -on a-daily basis..
To provide for a maximum of security and "a better evaluation of police service
needs, :the requestee should contact the City of Tukwila, Crime Prevention Office.
